All the things you need to know before booking your tattoo

BEFORE BOOKING

  • To book a session, please fill out my booking form.

I strive to respond to every inquiry within 3 to 5 days. If you haven't heard from me by then, please feel free to send me a follow-up email at frvrbloom.studio@gmail.com or send me a direct message on Instagram.

  • Pricing depends on size, placement, and detail level. My minimum charge is £150, and a full-day session costs £800. To receive a quote for your desired tattoo, please fill out my enquiry form.

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 to £150 is required. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. Please note that deposits are forfeited if you cancel your appointment or if you reschedule more than once and/or with less than 72 hours' notice.

  • Some placements, such as fingers, hands, feet, and ears, fade more quickly and may not heal as cleanly. I assess these on a case-by-case basis and discuss the risks with you.

  • No, I do not perform tattoos on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding due to potential risks.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID on the day of your appointment. No exceptions.

BEFORE your appointment

  • A week or two before your appointment, increase your water intake and moisturize your skin.

Gently exfoliate the area 2-3 days prior to your appointment (but not the night before). You don’t have to shave the area, but if you decide to do so, be very careful and shave on the day of your appointment.

Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine for 24 hours beforehand, and make sure to get a good night’s sleep.

On the day of your appointment, ensure that you have eaten a proper meal, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy access to the tattooed area while keeping you warm.

  • Make sure to bring your ID. Prepare lunch or snacks for longer appointments and anything else that makes you comfortable, such as headphones, a book, or a blanket if you get cold easily.

  • Unfortunately, the studio space is limited, so we cannot accommodate extra guests. Don't worry, you are in good hands with me.

  • I primarily use the freehand method, designing directly on your body the day of the appointment, collaborating with you and considering your unique anatomy. I truly appreciate your trust.

AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

  • You can find the aftercare instructions here. I will also review everything you need to know at the end of your tattoo.

  • The healing time varies from person to person. Generally, the surface layers of the skin heal within about two weeks, allowing you to resume normal activities. However, complete healing may take up to six weeks, so it’s important to plan your activities accordingly.

  • Peeling, flaking, and mild itching are normal parts of the healing process. Avoid scratching or picking at your tattoo.

  • Some areas may heal lighter than others. If necessary, you can schedule a complimentary touch-up within three months of your appointment. I am also always happy to touch up my previous work during your next tattoo appointment.
